Encaustic Painting Basics - Class
I struggle with most mediums and believe it or not I can’t draw to save my life! Encaustic (beeswax) art just seems to be my niche. Come and learn a little about the medium itself and dive into creating your first piece. We will use a practice board to try out different techniques and tools, melting and fusing the encaustic medium until you are comfortable. Then we will move onto a wood canvas for you to create your first encaustic painting.

Each participant will take home 1 finished piece. This class is great for beginners, it takes approximately 2.5 hours and is taught in my home studio.
